The new site provides fast, easy access to key content on GACS’s broad portfolio of accreditation programs, comprehensive accreditation directories for each program, and up-to-date information.
Global Accreditation for Certification Systems (GACS) is a non-profit-distributing private company registered in the state of Delaware, USA, for providing accreditation services. GACS accredits various companies and organizations including governmental entities, commercial businesses, and professional associations. GACS accreditation programs are based on recognized national and international standards that ensure domestic and/or global acceptance of its accreditations. GACS accredits organizations that provide certification, testing, inspection, and calibration services.
GACS is not a member of IAF or ILAC, however, GACS maintains requirements of accreditation bodies accrediting conformity assessment bodies, and GACS is adhering to accreditation criteria and to undergo a periodic onsite evaluation to determine ongoing compliance with ISO/IEC 17011 standard.
